Goshen Pass is a water gap in the Little North Mountain formed by the passage of the Maury River, upstream and approximately 20 miles northwest of Lexington, Virginia. Trout water, but I used to catch snakes here. With a getaway this pretty, is it any wonder that I hooked school so often?
[Fiona at Goshen Pass overlook.]
[Just like old times: sitting on a rock, watching the river run.]
[Except now I've got a partner with nice legs, floral-print dresses, and a Nikon. Self-portrait by Jessa.]
[Streamside butterfly.]
[Time to hit the road again. Long-horned beetle on Fiona.]
